My 1:1 fitness sessions are totally tailored to you, meaning you will always feel comfortable, able, and strong. Our first session will be part consultation, part taster session so we can both understand what works for you. Using a mixture of resistance training, cardiovascular exercise, and mobility movements, each session will leave you feeling like you’ve worked hard but also given your body the movement it needs to function in everyday life. Our workouts aren’t just for you now, they’re also for your future self. A stronger body is a more resilient body.
