At 75 minutes, this is a real treat for you and your skin. Starting with a shoulder, neck, and scalp massage, you are instantly transported to a place of calm and relaxation. The facial then focuses on hydrating and nourishing the skin with every step. Extended facial massage techniques stimulate blood flow which increases fresh nutrients to the skin from within. Finished with either cooling ice globes or warm stones, this is a heavenly experience from start to finish.

This 30 minute bespoke massage focuses on the back, neck, and shoulders - an area most of us carry lots of tension. People often find that relieving shoulder tension considerably improves other stress-related symptoms such as headaches, bad sleep, and irritability. Pregnancy Massage

During pregnancy lots of changes are happening in the body, including the release of the hormone Relaxin. This hormone is responsible for loosening and relaxing muscles, joints, and ligaments so that the body can expand to accommodate the growing foetus. However, this also makes aches, pains, and injury more common. Our massages ease these tensions and help to relieve joint pain and discomfort, all whilst the mother is fully supported in a pregnancy-safe, ultra relaxing position. A massage during pregnancy is the perfect treat.

Hot Stones

Upgrade your massage to include hot stones a blissful experience. The warmth of the stones relaxes muscles relieving any tension. There are historical accounts confirming that the Chinese used heated stones more than 2,000 years ago, as well as many other cultures throughout time. Safe to say this method if relaxation has been tried and tested!

Head in the Clouds

This deeply relaxing 30 minute treatment combines Indian Head Massage techniques with facial massage, hot towels, and a soothing eye pillow (optional) for ultimate relaxation.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Our method of lymphatic drainage is a scientifically proven technique which has evolved from Dr Vodder’s original technique. The technique is based on gentle massage movements, maintaining rhythmic strokes and specific compressions. Its main goal is to stimulate the lymph glands, guiding the lymph flow back to the blood circulation, preventing blockages and stagnation, helping to flush out water excess and toxins and improving general well-being. The Lymphatic system is responsible for toxin elimination in the body, however sometimes small blockages can occur resulting in puffiness, a feeling of heaviness, and bloating. Results are immediate and clients often remark on how much better they feel afterwards.
